The GENIUScontrol App allows you to conveniently control your Miracle-Ear hearing aids directly from your Smartphone. Compatible with GENIUS and GENIUS 2.0 Miracle-Ear hearing aids, including the ME5400/5300 (ME-1), ME4400/4300 (ME-2), ME3400/3300 (ME-3), and ME2275 (ME-4) performance level.

The app provides easy access to various functions, such as changing listening programs, adjusting volume, muting, checking battery status, fine-tuning sound quality with bass & treble controls, modifying microphone settings using Speech Navigator (GENIUS and GENIUS 2.0 technology only), and adjusting tinnitus program volume if set by your Hearing Care Specialist.

The GENIUScontrol App is compatible with iPhone 4s, 5, 5c, 5s, SE, 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, iPod touch 5th Gen and iPad running iOS 8.1 or higher public release. For optimal user interaction, we recommend using a Smartphone device rather than a tablet device.

It's important to note that the app is only compatible with the latest generation of Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids: ME5400/5300, ME4400/4300, ME3400/3300, and ME2275.

This app is intended for patients to control their Miracle-Ear hearing instruments within parameters set by their Hearing Care Specialist. The app generates short ultra-high frequency control signals that may be audible when played through the device's speakers.

For your safety and the correct operation of the app:

1. While using the app, do not hold the loudspeaker of your device to your ears or the ears of others.
2. Avoid using the device with headphones, headsets, or other audio playback devices while using the app.
